Locally raised beef from Karoline's family ranch. As you know, cuts of meat vary in size. To ensure you don't overpay for a cut you are purchasing, we will weigh your beef and send you an invoice for the exact weight. When you place an order, you will select the number of packages you'd like, and place a deposit. When we select your beef, we'll weigh it and send you an invoice for the exact amount, minus your deposit. Each product has an approximate weight range listed to make it easier to decide how many packages you would like.
